A water tracker that considers your day

Calculate automatically, adjust personally and log with ease. Explore the main features of DailySip.

A goal you can understand.

A morning workout, extra steps in the afternoon or a hot day: your goal can change as new data arrives. DailySip shows both the result and the calculation behind it.

  1. Your Apple Health data

Weight, active calories, workouts and steps provide the foundation. You decide which permissions to grant.

  2. Weather & personal factors

Add weather mode or daily factors that match your day. Each choice can change the suggestion.

  3. A breakdown you can follow

See the baseline, activity, workouts, steps, temperature and other adjustments separately, including limits and rounding.

Your day is more than a Health record.

That is why you can influence the result. Add what applies to today and see how your choices change the suggested goal.

Apple Health · Manual

Body temperature

Use available Health data or enter a temperature yourself. The fever factor uses the higher available temperature value.

The factors use simplified guidelines. If you have a medically prescribed drinking target, set a fixed goal to replace all automatic adjustments.

DailySip in your daily routine

Log water, compare your pace with your progress and review the calculation, directly in the app.

Want to set your own goal?

Enter a fixed daily goal in Settings. DailySip then uses that exact value, without adjustments from activity, weather or other factors. This also lets you follow a drinking target recommended by a medical professional.
