Opsino · Private & offline

Your images stay with you.

Opsino processes camera frames and selected photos directly on your iPhone. Color identification does not upload images to an analysis server.

Measure without uploading

Opsino temporarily processes current camera frames to identify colors. It does not upload them for analysis or save camera photos to your library. A selected photo is also analyzed on the device; the original stays unchanged.

Use it offline

Color identification works offline. Photos need to be saved on your iPhone.

Share only the photo you select

The photo button opens the iOS photo picker. You can see your library there, but Opsino receives only the image you select. It does not need general access to your photo library and does not edit or delete the original.

The iOS photo picker explains that Opsino receives only selected photos.
You choose the photo Opsino can analyze.

Control camera access

iOS asks for permission when the camera is first accessed. You can change this in iPhone Settings. Without camera permission, live readings are unavailable; you can still select stored images in photo mode.

Purchases and advertising

Photo mode and resistor mode are available as separate one-time purchases. Buying either mode removes ads. People who previously bought the paid app keep both modes and ad-free use.
